Togetherly ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by BoldScap, values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Togetherly mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve Togetherly while maintaining your privacy and control.

a. Account Information

• Email Address: Used for account creation, login, syncing, and support communication.
• Apple ID (Sign in with Apple): If you choose to log in using Apple, we collect a unique Apple identifier and, depending on your Apple settings, your name and email address.

b. List & Sync Data

• To-do and bucket list items you add within the app.
• Associated data such as dates, reminders, and sync codes for shared lists.
• Real-time updates made by your synced partner (if applicable).

Your list and sync data are stored securely in cloud databases managed by our service providers (e.g., Firebase) and are used solely to provide app functionality.

c. Analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data to improve app performance and user experience.

• This includes general metrics like feature usage frequency and crash reports.
• We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII), sensitive content, or location data.
• All analytics data are anonymized before transmission.
