PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING STAYDESK. BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE APPLICATION.

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Boldscap ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the developer of StayDesk ("App", "Application", or "Licensed Application"). This Agreement is not with Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content.

Part 1 — Terms of Service

1. About StayDesk

StayDesk is a property management application developed by Boldscap and designed for hotel and guesthouse operators. It allows operators to manage bookings, guest records, room availability, and generate receipts and reports. The App is intended solely for use by professional hotel and accommodation operators.

2. Eligibility

By using StayDesk, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using the App for lawful, professional business purposes as a hotel or guesthouse operator.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself or your business entity.
• You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country.
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

StayDesk is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has registered an account, we will promptly delete it.

3. Account Registration

To use StayDesk, you must create an account by providing your full name, email address, and a password. You also provide a hotel profile including your hotel name, address, and phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorised parties.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account at [email protected].
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
