Welcome to Togetherly, an application developed and owned by BoldScap (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Togetherly (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Togetherly.

1. Overview and Purpose

Togetherly is designed to help couples strengthen their connection through shared to-do lists, bucket list goals, and relationship-building reminders. The App enables users to create, manage, and sync tasks with a partner using a unique sync code, allowing both parties to collaborate and stay engaged in meaningful activities.

The App is intended for personal and relationship use only and is not designed for commercial or enterprise purposes.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Togetherly offers optional premium features available through paid subscriptions managed by Apple’s App Store.

Payment & Management

• All payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Apple’s secure in-app purchase system.
• We do not collect or store any payment information; all billing is processed by Apple.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.

Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds

• Because payments are handled by Apple, refund requests must be made directly to Apple Support in accordance with their policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify subscription offerings at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated within the app.
