Welcome to Packify, an application developed and owned by BoldScap (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Packify app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Overview and Purpose

Packify helps users create, manage, and personalize travel packing checklists. The App allows you to manually build lists or generate smart, dynamic packing lists based on details such as destination, dates, weather, and trip type.

Packify is intended for personal use only and is not meant for commercial or enterprise purposes.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (Future Features)

Packify is currently free to use.

We may introduce optional premium features or subscription plans in the future. If so:

• All purchases will be processed through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system.
• We will not collect or store payment information; Apple handles all billing.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You will be able to manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds will be handled by Apple Support, not BoldScap.

Any premium model launch will be accompanied by an updated version of these Terms.
